Ingredients
Lupin flour, golden flaxmeal, whey protein, egg protein, pea protein, linseeds, kibbled sunflower, almond meal, chia seeds, raising agents (gluconolactone, bicarb soda, calcium phosphate), salt.
CONTAINS LUPIN, MILK, ALMOND AND EGG. May contain sesame.
This is honestly the best bread I’ve ever had doing keto. I’m so happy I tried it. It’s very easy to prepare.

I have found all of the PBCo breads a great replacement for the bread I can no longer eat, having developed Type 1 Diabetes. Perhaps the taste and texture might not be everybody's preference, but I find them a most tasty substitute. They are a more than palatable, better than nothing option.
I found the bread too dense and didn't like the flavour. I actually threw the loaf away.
I bought this after reading many positive reviews. For $13 for a loaf of bread, I was expecting something that tasted at least half decent. This does not. It has the look and texture and bakes like a dense cake/banana bread. It doesn't smell good when cooked. But the taste is the worst! It is like eating a cross between cardboard and chicken meal. No flavour and unpalatable. I threw it in the bin. How anyone could say this is ANYTHING like bread is beyond me
