To prepare your Custard you will need:

• 10g of melted butter
• 70g Heavy Cream

Make:  Empty contents of this pack into a bowl. In a seperate bowl heat cream in the microwave (900w) for approx. 40 seconds or until hot.

Mix: Pour the hot cream into the dry mix slowly and whisk removing all lumps. Add the melted butter and whisk again quickly, making a smooth texture.

Mircowave (900w): heat in the microwave for another 15 seconds. Do not over heat. Enjoy!
