Honestly bought it and was very sceptical. I've tried other kind of rice alternatives, but non of them gave that satisfied rice satiety. This product will never leave my Pantry, it looks like rice, taste like rice and gives that satiety I've been looking for, I'm a 100% convert
Smells and looks like rice. I add some chicken stock powder when microwaving it. It is very good. Or I just add it uncooked to a dish, like spinach and chicken bake. It thickens the dish and keeps its shape so well.

This has the look, texture and taste of real rice. A little softer, like it absorbs more water. It is a little plainer (next time I would add salt to my cooking water). An excellent lower carb substitute. I wouldn't say low carb, as it's 12 odd grams per serve
