Muscle Nation's Protein Baking Chocolate Melts uses real cocoa solids for a rich chocolatey flavour and smooth texture, providing 27.6g of protein per block. Made with 26% Whey Protein Isolate, it is low in carbs and 95% sugar-free, making it an ideal addition to any baking recipe.
Ingredients:
Cocoa Solids (Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass), Milk Solids, Natural Sweetener, Erythritol, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavour.
After reading the ingredient list & seeing "Natural Sweetener, Erythritol" I was hopeful that this would taste better than others that contain Stevia or Monk Fruit. As soon as I tried it, I realised the Natural Sweetener was not Erythritol, but a separate one with a distinct aftertaste. I contacted the manufacturer and found out the Natural Sweetener is Thaumatin. Not one that I enjoy. Unfortunately I won't be buying it again.
