This is a family favourite and gets requested weekly. Best results for meat is using the slow cooker. I also add some keto white wine and would recommend adding as smokey bacon as well.
I haven't tried making stroganoff since going keto, though I'm sure it shouldn't be too hard. I grabbed one of these to try it out and it was really easy and tasted great. I followed the instructions and used onion, mushrooms and broccoli as my veggies, after the 20 minutes simmering it was lovely and thick, and with the sour cream mixed through, was honestly as good as any other stroganoff I've made in the past. I served with some konjac rice, but it really doesn't need that, it's good on it's own.
