DIRECTIONS - Makes 300g mash (3 serves)
- Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl.
- Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot milk of choice
- Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth
- Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.
TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash

Texture was ok but not keen on the flavour, I am going to try using it to thicken casseroles etc. I think it will be great for that.
Disappointed. Overpriced and it’s made with potatoes so cheaper to make it yourself.
Haven’t yet experimented with this, but good as purée and reasonably priced
I was dubious about trying instant potatoes but this is fantastic. I made a Shepherd’s pie and used this for the topping. It was wonderful!
You don't get a huge portion for the serving size, but it's so nice to be able to have mash again! It's certainly a little sloppier than regular mashed potato, but cooking it longer on the stove can help a bit with that. Really comes to life with some seasoning!
