Lotus Lupin Flour is milled from Australian grown lupin. It is high in protein and low in fat and is gluten and wheat free. A great alternative to soya beans, use in cakes, dip, protein balls, falafels and salads.

Lotus Lupin Flour is a good source of protein and low in fat. It is vegan and gluten free. Lotus Lupin Flour is ground from Australian Sweet Lupins (L. angustifolius), it lack any bitter taste and does not need any 'debittering'.

Good wheat flour alternative

I bought this flour to be able to make some keto recipes I have seen on YouTube. There is a keto baking channel called Ketofusion Australia and the creator uses lupin flour in all or nearly all of her recipes. I hope to be able to make some baked goods like hers. I haven't yet, so I can't say how it went, unfortunately.
