The mix is not too sweet so you can easily also create your own savoury style keto scone by adding in some grated cheese, herbs, spices or whatever your savoury craving fancies in the mix or even by simply serving the plain scone mix with melted cheese and ham on top. Sweet or savoury version is your choice.

What you Need ?
135g Justine’s Easy As Keto Scone Mix
30g Pure Heavy whipping Cream
30g Butter cut into small knobs
50g (1) Egg whole
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
2. In an electric mixing bowl, add in Justine’s Easy As Keto Scone Mix .
3. Add in small knobs of the butter & mix in mixer till fine crumbs form.
4. Whisk egg & cream together & mix in to the dry mix & mix till well combined
5. Roll mixture on bench to a log shape & cut into 4 even pieces about 57g each
6. Press slightly each piece ( if you don’t want them too thick)
7. Bake on a baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly brown on the outside.
8. Once cooked, allow to cool slightly before serving, due to the nature of gluten free baking they might be fragile while still hot. Serve with lashings of butter, your favourite sugar free jam, a dollop of whipped cream for complete scone heaven!
Optional. As this scone mix not too sweet, you can also create your favourite savoury scones by adding in grated cheese, chives, ham, herbs or whatever you please!
