At Ceres Organics we believe in the integrity of 'real' plant-based ingredients. So our gherkins are just that! We take organically grown gherkin cucumbers and pickle them in a traditional infusion of organic vinegars, herbs and spices, with no added sugar. Crunchy and full of tangy deliciousness, they're awesome on crackers, in sandwiches, or as part of a salad.

This has become my new favourite brand for gherkins. Until I had these I didn't realise just how far most brands have ventured off from the traditional, homestyle taste, which have become overpowered with sweet and sour flavours. These are perfect and allow the natural flavour to come through.
