Ingredients:
Water, protein-mix (12%) (wheat protein, pea protein), whole rye flour, brown linseed, soy meal (6%), soy flour (3%), wheat bran, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame, oat fibre, salt, yeast, protein whey powder concentrate, rye flour, acidity regulator: sodium diacetate.

I have tried many low carb breads and this is my favourite. This will be a permanent staple. There’s no weird after taste and it’s wonderful and crispy when you toast it well. As a bonus it has a substantial amount of protein, which is appreciated.
