White Chocolate Macadamia Fudge by Casey-Lee @livelovenourish
Rich in good fats, this quick and easy fudge will satisfy cravings!

Prep: 10 mins + 2 hour set
Makes: 16
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cacao buter
4 tbsp macadamia nut butter
4 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or equivalent
2 tsp monk fruit powder
1/3 cup macadamias, chopped
Method:
1. Melt cacao butter.
2. Mix in macadamia nut butter and coconut milk powder and combine well.
3. Mix through maple syrup and monk fruit powder.
4.Stir through macadamias.
5.Pour into a lined container and set in fridge for minimum 2-3 hours or until solid.
6. Once set, cut into shapes. Store in fridge.
