Base
2 cups bobs red mill almond flour
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup Ceres organic coconut butter
Melt the butter, combine with dry ingredients, press into a liner baking tray and freeze for 30 minutes
Pistachio layer
1/4 cup nutra organic coconut flour
Mix till combine and press into baking tray on top of base and return to the freezer for 30 minutes
Chocolate layer
1 block dark chocolate
Melt till combined and pour on top of pistachio layer, top with chopped pistachios and place back into freezer until chocolate has set
