2 cups greek natural yoghurt
1/2 cup cream
1 scoop Ultima Lemonade electrolytes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1. Place yoghurt, cream and electrolytes into a medium mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer whip until well combined and fluffy.
2. Fold the blueberries through the yoghurt mixture.
3. Evenly divide mixture amongst ice-cream moulds and insert icy pole stick.
4. Place in freezer and freeze overnight.
