Quick and easy foods are what I need at the moment. Because we are so busy, I am trying to make as much nutrient dense food as I possibly can. This chia pudding has the added benefit of collagen, adding protein and the health benefits of collagen.


 

Ingredients:

200ml milk 

2 scoops collagen

3 tbs chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla

15 drops liquid stevia

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients together except coconut chips

Place covered in fridge for minimum of 2 hours (or overnight)

Top with coconut flakes and enjoy
