1/2 cup nutraorganics coconut flour
1/2 cup bobs redmill almond flour
2 tbs cold water
1/4 tsp salt
Mix the dry ingredients then add the coconut oil, using your fingertips, rub the coconut oil into the dry mix till it reaches a sand consistency, and eggs and mix well, then add cold water.
Press into a tart tin and bake at 180 degrees fab forced for 15 minutes.
Caramel sauce layer Ingredients:
250mls thickened cream
5 tbs golden monk fruit sweetener
In a saucepan add butter, thickened cream and golden monk fruit sweetener, allow to boil for 10 min until thickened and has darkened in colour, pour into the baked base and set in the freezer for an hour.
Banana pudding layer Ingredients:
2 packets of Simply Delish Instant Vanilla Pudding
Mix 2 packs of simply delish vanilla instant pudding, I used almond milk, and used 1 cup for both the packets to create a really thick pudding layer, add banana flavoured milk drops. once the caramel layer has cooled, spread the banana pudding and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Top with cream and enjoy!
