Baked in Germany, each pack contains 5 slices of bread with only 3.8g of carbs per serve.
Ingredients:
Water, protein-mix (12%) (wheat protein, pea protein), whole rye flour, brown linseed, soy meal (6%), soy flour (3%), wheat bran, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame, oat fibre, salt, yeast, protein whey powder concentrate, rye flour, acidity regulator: sodium diacetate.
Allergen warning: Contains gluten.
May contain traces of tree nuts.
I really miss dense European style breads on a keto diet so when I saw this I snapped it up.

I'm so happy to find this bread and I love it. I'm not on a keto diet but cutting down on carbs. It didn't take long to get used to it, now I buy it on a regular basis and enjoy it with any filling I wish.
Wow I was really impressed by the texture and flavour of this bread. So good fresh and actually tasted just like multi grain bread. A massive plus I will be ordering often
if you're on keto, this is a good substitute. even if i toasted my slices it doesn't warrant being dry to the point of throwing away the entire loaf. great for sandwiches or burgers!
