Haven’t ised yet but am looking forward to it.

The product is very much like Panko . I have used it in a couple of recipes with great success. Only one issue ,the ingredients, Corn oil is not a promoted ingredient on carnivore/keto diet. In fact it is a shunned product, Can you source Pork Crackle with a cooking medium i.e.butter /olive oil/coconut oil/beef tallow ,any of these are great . Regards Steve M

didn't stay on chicken strips or prawns very well, first time trying so might have had to do something different, but did use teriyaki sauce first ?
Also as you start to use up a bit of the crumb, quite a few larger pieces of un crushed pork rind appeared, needs more crushing ?

Arrived fast and well packaged. Went to use the first bag and opened it up and noticed small green bits that looked like bits of plastic. I picked them out and still used it. Not sure what they were but it’s made me cautious now every time I scoop out the crumb.
