The Best Low-Carb Pasta I've Ever Tried

I've tried many low carb pasta from various brands, and I think this is the best one so far.
Of course, it doesn’t taste exactly like regular pasta but in terms of texture it’s pretty good; It isn’t mushy, nor does it feel like you’re chewing cardboard. There’s a slight hint of beans or something nutty in the flavour, but I don’t mind it as I love all types of beans. It goes particularly well with Bolognese or tomato-based sauces.
