I have both the grape and lemon flavours of this brand which I alternate so I don't get bored.

The sweetness to taste ratio is far too much in the sweet direction

I bought this in desperation, after having to kick my coke zero habit.
I couldn't understand why I was gaining weight, when it has no calories.
1 week, and I have lost 2 kilos.
I recommend not making it up anywhere nearly as strong as the directions (too sweet)
But as a light flavouring to water, it certainly fits the bill.
Take my word for it, ditch the 'no calorie' soda and flavour your water...much better for you.
