NEW RECIPE: Low Carb Gnocchi loaded with protein packed Beef Bolognese @jesseshank

INGREDIENTS:
250g Low Carb Emporium Gnocchi
1 medium brown onion
handful of parsley
1 large passata jar
500g of beef mince
Fennel seeds
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Chop up the onions and fry them off in a pan
Add mince and season to taste while stirring
Once the mince is browned, add the passata and reduce heat to simmer and reduce (season to taste)
In a separate pot, boil the gnocchi for 1 minute (1 bag = 2 portions)
Drain the gnocchi, load with bolognese sauce and enjoy
