Quick Low Carb Porridge by Casey-Lee @livelovenourish

Serves 1
Ingredients:
3 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
3/4 almond/coconut milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cardamon


To serve:
Nut butter
Low sugar fruit
Coconut yogurt
Additional almond/coconut milk

METHOD:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and set aside for 5 minutes.

2. Transfer to a saucepan and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until reached de-
sired thickness.

3.Serve with your choice of toppings.
Recipe tips:
* The chia seeds and flaxseeds absorb liquid an create a porridge- like texture. You can also prepare this overnight then warm when ready to eat.
