Ceres Organic Paleo Hot Cereal

At Ceres Organics we believe that the key to great products are great ingredients. That’s why this grain-free hot cereal contains only the good stuff! No nasty refined sugars, additives or preservatives.

We’ve combined nutrient-dense nuts and seeds, including chia, coconut and LSA, for a wholesome hot cereal bursting with organic deliciousness. Each serve provides a healthy dose of nourishing goodness including protein, dietary fibre, magnesium, phosphorus, and the powerful antioxidant vitamin E! Ideal for those avoiding wheat and grain.

TO COOK: Add 1/3 cup cereal to 1/2 cup liquid and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously. Use your favourite nut milk or, for a deliciously creamy texture, try using equal parts coconut cream and water. Sweeten to taste and top with fresh fruit.
