The recipes are sweetened with pharmaceutical grade xylitol, which is a great tasting, all natural sweetener. It's perfect for those that are not able to eat cane sugar of are just trying to reduce their sugar and carb intake.

Blackberries, Xylitol, Water, Lemon Juice, Fruit Pectin
Thought the Aunt Mary’s fig jam was my favourite especially with cheese but I really love the blackberry. Have mixed it with chopped walnuts and topped Brie and baked till gooey. Really good on keto scones too.
I love love love this jam. As a Type 1 Diabetic and someone who doesn't eat refined sugar, I really missed jam on (paleo) toast. This jam is fantastic! Tastes just like the real thing without affecting my blood sugar levels.
I am not really a blackberry fan typically, but thought it was worth trying. I am glad I did, it was really tasty jam that felt very decadent on top of my keto pancakes
