GOOD FAT MAYO is Australia's first mayonnaise made with olive oil and NO industrial seed oils. This mayo is made with GOOD fats from olive oil and free range whole eggs, combined with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, mustard powder, salt and rosemary extract to create a rich and creamy texture that’s finger licking GOOD.
100% guilt free with no gluten, dairy, added sugar, artificial colours,
preservatives or additives and of course NO cheap and unhealthy vegetable oils.
Ingredients:
Olive oil* (55%), free range whole eggs (21%), Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (10%), water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tapioca starch, mustard powder, salt, rosemary extract. *AOOA Certified
Please note: As olive oil has a large droplet size, this aioli may separate at extremely high and low temperatures. To re-emulsify simply stir rapidly or give it a shake.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2 months.

So hard to find an Australian made Mayo without industrial seed oils. Great taste and texture, not much more you could ask. Except for a lower price maybe, but I certainly understand why that is and am happy to pay it.
Not a huge fan. Strong olive oil and mustard flavours that are at risk of dominating your food. Otherwise a creaminess you expect from mayo. Use less than you would ordinarily and steer clear as an addition for delicately flavoured dishes.
Best I have tasted so far, creamy, thick and tasty. I top my eggs with this and Franks red hotsauce, the BOMB! I have dropped 10kg and its been easy with tasty options like this mayo!
This mayo is delicious. If anyone has attempted to make their own olive oil mayo, you may be aware that it's not always easy to master. For me personally, the taste has been terrible and it's gone into the bin straight away. So I'm very happy to have found a healthy and delicious mayo.
