Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription.
This cancellation policy lays out what you need to know as it relates to cancelation or modification of the subscription and shipping charges.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Please note that Subscriptions are only available for the following payment methods: Credit Cards, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. At present the subscription software is not compatible with PayPal, AfterPay or Zip.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
Each time we ship out a subscription order you will be charged a shipping fee depending on your address. Please see our Shipping Policy for rates.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time at our own discretion. If a product you have subscribed to is out of stock, your subscription will be skipped and we will notify you of this.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
