Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls by Kim @deliciously.keto
1 cup peanut butter
3 scoops Noway Chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp almond meal/flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
100g 95% dark chocolate
Method:
Mix all ingredients, except the dark chocolate, into a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined and forms a ball.
Roll 1/2tbsp of mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat until all mixture has been used.
Place the tray of balls into the freezer to set for 20-30 minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball into the chocolate to coat, return to the tray with baking paper.
Repeat until all balls have been coated. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
