Directions of use
Take 18g of NOWAY in 250ml of cold water as a daily protein supplement. After exercise, consume 18g of NOWAY to increase muscle mass and growth.
Use it to make your favourite Vanilla Caramel flavoured smoothies or milkshakes. Or add to your low carb pancake or waffle mix for a delicious vanilla caramel flavoured protein-packed meal.
I bought this to help me reach my nutritional goals on the days I train hard or have simply not managed to get enough protein in. The flavour is sweet, but pleasant and quite neutral (not too heavily caramel flavoured) so I find mixes in well with lots of different things. Have had it as a straight shake with water, added it to my homemade keto icecream where it really enhances the flavour, iced coffees and smoothies. Good value.
