Ingredients:
Soy flour, whole grain wheat flour, chick pea flour, wheat flour, wheat gluten, sustainable palm tat, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin, thickener (guar gum), anti-caking agent (magnesium carbonate), raising agents bicarbonate, potassium carbonate), ground almonds.
Though these are a bit crumbly if you load them with toppings they make a great light lunch.
These crisp breads are a god send! They are tasty and now I have no need for any of the low carb breads, which I do not like at all!
Great with any topping, but my fav is ham and cheese....
